Youth Club COVID notes
Hi all, we are pleased to be restarting Youth Club on Sat 21st Nov at 7pm with a social distanced Movie Night! For aged 9yrs+
At present we are only going to run with one Saturday per month due to limitations, after the first night, youth club will be the 1st Sat of each month thereafter. We will be in contact if anything changes.
This year the consent form is an online form, which must be completed & submitted before your child can attend – link to form on website is Click Here for Annual Youth Consent Form
Due to the current situation we have had to add a few extra precautions for the safety of your child & our leaders.
1. No child will be permitted to attend unless a consent form has been submitted prior to your child attending.
2. Update: it is no longer required to record nightly attendance online.
3. All young people age 13 & over must wear a mask when entering & exiting the church. If they so wish they can remove their mask while in their seat.
4. Cars will be limited into the car park when dropping off. We ask that parents could stay in their cars.
5. Sanitiser will be provided at the church entrance; we would ask that your child must use this on arrival.
6. Once your child is seated, they must stay in that seat for the rest of the night & maintain social distancing regulations.
7. Tuck shop will still be available with a £1 spend. Please only send £1 with your child to avoid the over handling of money. They will get two items & a drink for £1.
Please ensure the consent form & attendance forms are completed before arrival, we cannot allow your child to attend without these & we don’t want to disappoint.
